Malaysian Economy Strong In Lead-Up to M-PLAS 2007
Malaysia's plastics and rubber industry welcomes M-PLAS to Kuala Lumpur 29 March to 1 April 2007 at a timely juncture -- amid a buoyant economy and renewed interest in the country as a key export-oriented manufacturing base. The Malaysian economy maintained strong growth of 5.3% in the first quarter of 2006, with even stronger growth likely in the second half of the year. These factors will surely have a positive effect on the plastics and rubber industries.
M-PLAS 2007 will provide an ideal platform for leading international manufacturers and suppliers keen to expand their business reach to Malaysia. With the progressive business and industrial landscape, M-PLAS 2007 will provide abundant opportunities for key players to introduce cutting edge technology and solutions to processors from across the country.
